The Township is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to request proposals/bids for the purchase of one MINI-KAT6-1214-1E Air Fill Station with Cascade and related components for use by its Fire Department. The system will be a new installation. This system will be utilized to fill the department's air cylinders. The system shall be delivered and installed by the seller and must hold a current certification for the installation of all components. The seller must also provide to the Township full instructions and training to the Fire Department personnel on the operation, care, and maintenance of the apparatus. The training and delivery will be to Greater Madawaska Fire Department Firefighters. Seller must be within 3 hours of fill station location for service and or repair. Calabogie Fire hall- 12470A Lanark Rd, Calabogie, ON K0J 1H0 All requirements should meet or exceed standards of quality including but not limited to NFPA, CGA Pamphlet G-7, Compressed Air for Human Respiration, the requirements of ANSI/CGA G-7.1, Commodity Specification for Air, Grade E, and all other recognized standards for respirable air. All equipment shall be new and of current design and manufacture.
