The Township of Greater Madawaska is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms to undertake a Concept Planning Study for the proposed Calabogie Junction Hub Campus. The study will build upon previous strategic planning, community engagement, implementation readiness work, and stakeholder discussions to develop a preferred concept for a municipally owned campus consisting of a Community Hub and a Health & Wellness Hub located on approximately 6.54 acres within the Calabogie village core. The assignment includes review of existing project materials, functional programming, site development and servicing considerations, campus concept development, concept plans and renderings, and funding and feasibility readiness recommendations. The resulting concept plan will support future funding applications, partnership discussions, fundraising initiatives, feasibility studies, and long-term capital planning.
